We're delighted with addition of a SteeleMate pergola onto our Tiny House. It looks great, the materials are of good quality and it was straightforward to construct (according to our builder) in fact it took considerably less time than expected so cost us less :)

Perfect for the deck, this does the job. Still lets light in. Deck stays dry and not as cold at night, yet to see if it gets hot under this in summer. Its sturdy. Panels are secure. Only a small complaint is the picture instructions. Otherwise every piece nut and bolt was labelled and bagged. Good product. Good price. Happy with the end result. My suggestion is the downpipe kit should be included with this.

Purchased 3 of these, easy to install with clear directions. Look great!

Was able to buld up by myself within 2 days and very happy with the result.

We ordered a patio cover for our deck. Unfortunately the freight company Mainfreight damanged it in transit. The package was quite badly dented and damaged from the outside. Miraculously once once unpacked, only one component was damaged. Steelmates communication and 'put it right' attitude around this was simply outstanding. Its the putting right that counts, and in less than a week the replacement part was with us. Mainfreight however, avoid. Would not recommend, makes me question being a shareholder. Patio cover looks amazing, even better than I hoped. Highly reccomend these patio covers and Steelmates in general.

I purchased 2 patio covers, one 4960x3050 and one 3140x2550, which my builder joined together to cover an odd shaped deck. I am most impressed with the quality of the covers, and packaging to protect the product. The fast delivery and follow up service was excellent and and all online queries were answered promptly and professionally. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We purchased a 4.3 x 3.05m pergola for our deck. It would have been quite costly to have a custom one made by other suppliers. We got a great deal, and the warehouse staff kindly assisted us in lifting it onto the roof rack. The installation only requires basic tools, and the product includes a detailed instruction manual with all parts clearly labeled. Despite some intermittent rain, we managed to assemble it and are very pleased with the result. Excellent product and service. Just a heads up �C don't forget to order the downpipes separately as they're not included in the package.

After struggling for several weeks to find a good solution for our particular setup (an irregularly shaped floor and limited height available on the fa?ade), we discovered Steelmates patios. We took measurements and realised they were the only option on the market that would fit our space.

We bought one unit (4x3 m.), installed it (quite easy), and enjoyed it for a month. As we started to feel the space was a bit tight, we decided to buy another one for one of the sides. Thanks to the versatility of their system, it was easy to find a model that fit, and we purchased a second unit (3x2.5 m.).

I made and installed some curtains myself to block the sun during the day, and as a result, we��ve been able to enjoy our outdoor lounge and dining area throughout the summer �� and we hope to continue enjoying it well into autumn!

Excellent value for money, well designed; packed well; arriving quickly and safely.

Instructions were however lacking in detail - for example when to counter sink metal screws... or when silicon sealant required. Whilst lacking in English detail instructions could be followed. (Obviously originating in China) It was also not obvious needed downpipe kit - again obviously manufactured in China for many western markets.

In saying this the aluminium frame for Polycarbonate is an ideal material for our NZ temperant climate - we are otherwise delighted

Very happy with our roof. 6m x 3m fits perfectly on the house. Back door mat is now dry. We added little wooden garden boxes around the three poles. Perfect thanks.

It is the 2nd patio cover we've purchased from Sreelmates, as we sold the house where we installed the first one and were very pleased with that one too. The installation instructions were very clear, but it is important to read through them thoroughly beforehand and plan your installation well taking into account maximum and minimum heights and distances for the supporting structure. The kitset pieces are of good quality and well-manufactured. The only suggestion for improvement I'd have would be to replace the philips-head screws with those square-head ones, as it is easy to wreck the screw heads when screwing joiner bars to framing.

Steelmates, awesome product it looks so good on our deck ! Ordered and delivered in 3 days, can��t ask for better service than that. Husband assembled it on his own, so easy.

Bought a 6x3m pergola. Communication was great while buying and the shipping was also fast! Was very easy to follow the instruction and put up. We are super stoked with the product especially considering it��s a fraction of the price than it would have cost us to get one locally. This one is also great because it allows for the posts to be adjusted to suit your area unlike other covers we looked at. Had a big hail storm in the weekend which put the polycarbonate roof to the test and handled it just fine. Have recommended these pergolas to multiple people and look forward to buying more in the future from you. Thanks!!

I have just put the finishing touches to our new patio my builder fastened a 4x2 rail under the gutter fixed to the perkins I then assembled the rest as per instructions the quality is outstanding assembly very easy.everyone that has seem it wants one so we have recommended you for supplying them my builder is very impressed with the design and no doubt will be adding them to his new homes kind regards
