We’re so happy with our louvred pergola. It’s made such a big difference to our outdoor area and we’re using the space way more now. Being able to open and close the roof is really handy depending on the weather, and it looks great too

Communication was excellent from our initial order. I consulted with a structural engineer before we purchased as we live in a high wind,high snowfall area and he told us this would be ideal,and it has proven to be.We are very happy with the quality of our pavilion and it was erected over a weekend by our local builder. We are now able to enjoy our garden with shade from the sun. We would have no hesitation recommending the pavilion and Steelmates. See attached photos
very durable tent storage to store our trailer and other stuff, Nice product to solve our temporary storage issue.

We are really happy with it. We had no problems assembling it, the instructions were easy to follow.
Pretty easy to assemble. I managed to erect it by myself without any assistance. Clear instruction sheet. The panel/corner stabilising/locking system works well and helps.
We ordered a patio cover for our deck. Unfortunately the freight company Mainfreight damanged it in transit. The package was quite badly dented and damaged from the outside. Miraculously once once unpacked, only one component was damaged. Steelmates communication and 'put it right' attitude around this was simply outstanding. Its the putting right that counts, and in less than a week the replacement part was with us. Mainfreight however, avoid. Would not recommend, makes me question being a shareholder. Patio cover looks amazing, even better than I hoped. Highly reccomend these patio covers and Steelmates in general.

Took two people and two days to build wasn't to bad to build compared to other flat pack and the size of this so over all happy with the build just water proof tape that was provided was no where near enough and had to buy more but happy with the end result
