2025 Christmas & 2026 New Year Operational Hours

As the festive season approaches, we hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you of our operational hours during Christmas and New Year:
AUCKLAND OPERATIONAL DATES (2025–2026)
- Wednesday, 24th Dec 2025 – Open 9am – 1pm
- Thursday, 25th Dec – Monday, 29th Dec 2025 – Closed
- Tuesday, 30th Dec 2025 – Open 9am – 5pm
- Wednesday, 31st Dec 2025 – Sunday, 4th Jan 2026 – Closed
- Monday, 5th Jan 2026 – Normal operations resume

OPERATING HOURS THROUGHOUT THE CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR PERIOD
Our offices will be open only on:
- Tuesday, 30th Dec
Normal business will commence from Monday, 5th Jan 2026.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY CUTOFFS
To ensure the best chance of receiving your orders before Christmas, please note the following cutoff dates:
- Local & Within Island BULK: 17th Dec
- Inter-Island BULK: 12th Dec
- Nationwide COURIER:
- Non-rural deliveries: 18th Dec
- Rural deliveries: 15th Dec
Last day for customer pick-up: Wednesday, 24th Dec (before 1pm)
Please be aware that while we’ll do our utmost to process and ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas due to potential delays with couriers.
